Article 382: Provisions as to Indian State forces

The Indian State forces of any Indian State which, by virtue of an agreement with that State, have been or are deemed to have been integrated with the armed forces of the Union shall, as from the commencement of this Constitution, be deemed to be forces raised and maintained by the Parliament.
