The Annual Financial Statement; the Demand for Grants; and the Finance Bill are required to be provided as part of the Union Budget, under various provisions of the Indian Constitution, such as Articles 112,113 and 110(a), respectively. However, the Macro-economic Framework Statement and the Fiscal Policy Strategy statement are required to be provided as per the provisions of the Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management Act, 2003.
